Remote RN Assessor for Medicaid Personal Care Services

Vaya Health

Vaya Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide needs-based PCS assessments for Medicaid beneficiaries in North Carolina, primarily in Alamance, Chatham, and Caswell counties. The role requires residence in NC or within 40 miles of the NC border and travel to counties as needed.

The PCS Assessor will conduct telephonic and face-to-face assessments, determine eligibility for State Plan Personal Care Services, and submit SARs on behalf of PCS providers, while protecting privacy and dignity.
