Remote RN PCS Assessor for NC Medicaid

Vaya Health

Vaya Partners in North Carolina is seeking a Registered Nurse to perform needs-based assessments for Medicaid Personal Care Services in home and community settings. You will schedule visits, conduct telephonic and face-to-face assessments, and submit SARs for PCS providers while ensuring privacy and dignified care.

The ideal candidate holds a NC RN license, a Bachelor's in nursing or related field, and at least two years in home care.
