Product Sales Executive

We are seeking a results-driven IT Product Sales professional to drive the growth of Xignifi , Nuvento's digital product. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and manage the complete sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure. This role requires a consultative sales approach, strong business acumen, and the ability to understand customer challenges and position Xignifi as a valuable solution. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience in IT product sales, SaaS sales, or enterprise software sales. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong understanding of B2B sales methodologies and consultative selling. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or Microsoft Dynamics is preferred. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Drive sales of the Xignifi product portfolio by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Generate leads through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and partner channels. Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and customer discovery sessions. Understand customer business requirements and recommend suitable product solutions. Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers, stakeholders, and channel partners. Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, proposal preparation, negotiation, and deal closure. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Collaborate with pre-sales, marketing, product, and delivery teams to ensure successful customer engagement. Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates in the CRM system. Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities. Participate in industry events, webinars, and conferences to promote the Xignifi brand. Preferred Skills Experience selling SaaS, cloud, AI, analytics, automation, or enterprise software solutions. Strong business development and account management capabilities. Ability to engage with C-level executives and business decision-makers. Excellent problem-solving and customer-focused approach.
