Boutique litigation firm seeking a motivated Junior Associate Attorney to join our growing practice. The position focuses primarily on federal civil litigation and federal criminal defense matters, providing hands‑on experience with all phases of litigation. Responsibilities Assist with case strategy, legal research, and drafting motions, briefs, and pleadings Attend hearings, court appearances, client meetings, and mediations Support trial preparation and participate in federal court proceedings Maintain regular communication with clients and opposing counsel Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar license 0–3 years of litigation experience preferred Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines Interest in federal civil litigation and criminal defense This is an in‑office position offering significant courtroom exposure, mentorship, and opportunities for professional growth. #J-18808-Ljbffr
