This role is seeking a skilled Staff Pharmacist experienced in hospital inpatient settings to support pharmacy operations in a fast-paced healthcare environment. This 13-week contract opportunity requires a detailed-oriented professional to ensure accurate medication dispensing and patient safety within the hospital pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately prepare and dispense medications for inpatient hospital patients
• Review and verify prescriptions and medication orders for accuracy and appropriateness
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient medication therapy
• Monitor drug therapies and provide clinical recommendations as needed
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications / Desired Experience:

• Licensed Pharmacist with experience in hospital inpatient pharmacy
• Knowledge of medication dispensing in a hospital setting
• Strong understanding of patient safety and pharmacy regulations
• Excellent communication and clinical decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
