A hospital is seeking an experienced Staff Pharmacist to support their inpatient pharmacy operations in Eldridge, IA. This contract role offers the opportunity to provide critical medication management and patient care within a busy hospital setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately dispense prescription medications for inpatient hospital patients
• Review medication orders for safety, efficacy, and potential drug interactions
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare teams to optimize medication therapy
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, pharmacy regulations, and documentation standards
• Participate in medication reconciliation and patient counseling as needed

Qualifications / Desired Experience:

• Licensed Pharmacist with experience in hospital inpatient pharmacy settings
