Work Environment\n

This remote work setting allows our therapists flexibility in their schedules while ensuring patients receive timely and effective care. Most work is completed from the comfort of your home, but the team comes together regularly for case consultations and professional development activities. We offer a structured work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility based on patient needs and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for new patients to identify individualized treatment needs.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on the latest evidence-based interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused techniques.

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions while adapting approaches to suit diverse client backgrounds and needs.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups to foster a sense of community and address common mental health issues among participants.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
