Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will focus on patients facing complex challenges, such as chronic pain, autoimmune disorders, and substance use disorders. Many of these individuals experience overlapping issues requiring an integrated approach to treatment that addresses both mental and physical health concerns. By providing compassionate and informed support, you will help these patients work towards improved overall health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.

• Demonstrated experience addressing mental health needs within the context of co-occurring medical conditions.

• Proficiency in providing integrated care and experience working alongside medical professionals.

• Strong interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on effective communication.
