Key Responsibilities\n

• Diagnose and treat a variety of mental health disorders in clients of all ages, using evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Create individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs, considering their personal circumstances and goals.

• Conduct regular counseling sessions, maintaining consistent communication to facilitate therapeutic progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.

• Implement ongoing assessments to evaluate patient progress, adjusting strategies to enhance overall effectiveness and responsiveness.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, cultivating an open and safe environment for discussion and healing.

• Provide referrals to specialists when needed to ensure comprehensive care for clients, including addressing any co-occurring disorders.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with organizational policies and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, and families facing various challenges such as relationship issues, anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse. By utilizing a compassionate and non-judgmental approach, you will engage with clients to help them explore their feelings, gain insights, and develop healthier coping strategies. Your role as an LMFT is to support clients in forging meaningful relationships with themselves and their loved ones.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is essential.

• Specialized training or experience in addiction counseling and understanding of evidence-based practices for substance abuse are preferred.

• Strong therapeutic and counseling skills, with an ability to motivate and inspire clients toward personal and relational growth.
