The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager to oversee tax planning, preparation, compliance, and client advisory services.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee tax planning, preparation, and filing
- Review complex tax returns and provide technical guidance
- Advise clients on tax-related matters
- Support mergers & acquisitions
- Handle select international tax responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
Requirements
- CPA or EA required
- 8+ years of Tax Manager experience
- Strong tax return review experience
- M&A experience
- Knowledge of international tax regulations
- Strong client communication and advisory skills
