The Role

As Operations Manager, you'll be the backbone of our Hill Country operation. You'll manage customer relationships, coordinate scheduling and logistics, drive local marketing, and ensure our financials stay clean. Your work directly impacts lead generation, proposal conversion, and job completion—which means real growth for you and the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer & Sales Support: Convert leads to appointments, manage customer expectations, and provide exceptional service that builds loyalty and referrals.
• Operations & Scheduling: Coordinate with sales, installers, and customers to schedule jobs efficiently. Order materials, track delivery, and update our internal platform daily.
• Marketing: Build referral networks (realtors, property managers), attend and host local events (home shows, Lunch & Learns), and support marketing initiatives.
• Financials: Complete job costing forms and update job status in our platform to track proposal-to-completion metrics.

Key Requirements

• Excellent customer service and phone communication skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, multi-tasker who works independently
• Available M-F 9am-7pm + Sa 9am-1pm minimum; flexibility for evenings/weekends when scheduling jobs
• 1-3 years relevant experience preferred
• QuickBooks experience is a plus
