Metal Fabricator

We're looking for an experienced Metal Fabricator with versatility across multiple workstations, including forming, grinding, and CNC laser/punch operations. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and has leadership potential. Youll start on the production floor with a clear path toward a future supervisory role. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Operate press brakes and forming equipment Perform grinding, deburring, and metal finishing tasks Work with laser cutters and CNC punch machines Follow blueprints, technical drawings, and safety procedures Participate in work tests during the interview process (e.g., forming, welding, grinding) Ensure quality control of finished parts Maintain a clean and safe work environment Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with supervisors Compensation: Pay will be offered based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, and certifications. Skills & Qualifications: Prior experience in metal fabrication is required Proficiency with press brakes, grinding tools, and CNC machinery Ability to interpret blueprints and fabrication specs Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Welding experience is a plus Must be dependable and team-oriented Leadership potential is a must.
