My client is looking for a hands-on Building & Maintenance Supervisor to manage the upkeep and day-to-day operations of a manufacturing facility. This position ensures all building systems run safely and efficiently, reduces downtime, and supports overall production performance. Description Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair building systems including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems Ensure reliable operation of fire and security systems Respond to facility issues and minimize operational disruptions Develop and manage preventive maintenance programs Identify risks and implement improvements to reduce downtime Coordinate third-party service providers and contractors Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to defined standards Support compliance with OSHA regulations and building codes Manage inspections, permits, and required documentation Prioritize maintenance activities in a fast-paced environment Identify root causes and implement long-term solutions Track maintenance expenses, contracts, and service records Provide regular updates to plant leadership Please apply below, if you're resume looks to fit in with the criteria.
