Work Environment\n

This remote position offers flexibility in your work schedule, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while still being an integral part of our collaborative care team. While the position primarily entails remote work, our outpatient office in Santa Ana serves as the hub for group therapy sessions and in-person consultations when necessary. A typical workweek is Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify patient needs and develop tailored treatment plans and interventions that support each individual’s unique journey.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, employing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy to facilitate meaningful change in patients' lives.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups that allow participants to share experiences and strategies for coping with common mental health issues, fostering a sense of community and belonging.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and integrated patient care.

• Offer crisis intervention services to patients experiencing acute mental health episodes, providing immediate support and guidance until further treatment options can be arranged.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, therapeutic options, coping strategies, and available community resources.

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient documentation in accordance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards, ensuring all patient records are up-to-date and compliant.

• Actively participate in case consultations, team meetings, and professional development activities, contributing to the growth and learning of the team.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required; however, a Master's degree or higher is preferred.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

• Thorough knowledge of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment modalities, and therapeutic approaches.

• Proven experience in conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and developing effective, individualized treatment plans.

• Ability to deliver individual and group therapy effectively to diverse patient populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
