Il prodotto esiste già : MVP funzionante, sviluppato internamente, e primi contatti commerciali avviati.
Non siamo ancora online e non ci sono ricavi: il compito del CEO sarà costruire l’azienda.
Nota importante: se il profilo sarà di alto livello ma non perfettamente allineato a questa startup, potrà essere valutato per altre startup della holding , con le stesse modalità (equity-based, team e supporto strutturato).

Affronta la frammentazione delle adozioni e della filiera pet, creando un nuovo paradigma di Pet Economy basato su AI, che genera valore lungo l’intero ciclo di vita del pet. Valore TAM Pet Economy Italiana = 7 Miliardi
Modello ibrido B2B / B2C .
Il ruolo
Cerchiamo un CEO operativo , full time da subito, che:
- prenda in mano il progetto e lo porti sul mercato
- costruisca struttura, team e processi
- guidi lo sviluppo commerciale
- lavori a stretto contatto con la holding per il fundraising
- rappresenti la startup verso investitori e partner
- Esperienza imprenditoriale pregressa (meglio se con exit)
- Capacità di relazionarsi con investitori
- Network personale minimo già esistente
- Buona comprensione del mondo tech (non serve essere tecnici)
- Mentalità da costruttore
- Equity-based role fino al primo round
- Circa 20% di equity , con vesting su 4 anni
- La holding mantiene il controllo
- Ingresso della holding nel CDA
- La holding guida e supporta attivamente il fundraising
- Il CEO è coinvolto in prima linea.
