Homecare Coordinator

We are looking for a reliable and organized Homecare Coordinator to join our team in the Houston. This role plays a key part in coordinating in-home care services for veterans through the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, ensuring clients receive consistent, high-quality care while maintaining strong communication with caregivers, families, and VA partners. What You’ll Do Oversee daily homecare operations including scheduling, staffing, and service coordination Act as the main point of contact for VA referrals and communication with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Coordinate intake and onboarding for new veteran clients, ensuring smooth start-of-care processes Communicate regularly with VA case managers, social workers, clients, and families Supervise caregivers and ensure care plans are being followed properly Review documentation, visit notes, and timesheets for accuracy and compliance Respond quickly to scheduling changes, call-outs, and urgent client needs Help maintain compliance with agency policies, state regulations, and VA requirements Build strong working relationships with local referral partners in the Houston area What We’re Looking For Previous experience in homecare, healthcare coordination, office management, or similar field Experience working with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs or veteran programs is strongly preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment Experience supervising caregivers or direct care staff is a plus Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented Why Join Us Meaningful work supporting veterans in your community Supportive team environment Opportunity to grow within a growing homecare organization Full Time Benefits Salary pay 45,000 - 70,000 (Base + Commission) #J-18808-Ljbffr Varcohospice
