Customer Service Representative

Our client, a leading Medical manufacturing company, is looking for a Customer Service Representative . This is for an initial duration of 06 months and is located at Golden, CO. Job Title: Customer Service Representative Reference ID: 26-04269 Location: Golden, Colorado. Duration: 06 months Job Type: Contract (Candidates must be able to work on W2 without VISA sponsorship) Description: The Customer Service Representative provides sales, product support and logistical services to clients to assist the organization in achieving its sales objectives and maintaining outstanding customer satisfaction. Work with internal departments to ensure client product and service needs are being met in a timely manner. The position is responsible for a broad range of activity, requires excellent time management skills, communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities while meeting company and client expectations. Based on prospective client requirements, generate and provide sales quotations in an effort to gain new clients and generate revenue Maintain client product profiles based on historical purchases and proficiency testing enrollment in order to generate and distribute client quotations on an ongoing basis Create and maintain client pricelists and discount pricing agreements Process client orders, generate required paperwork and documentation to be provided with product shipment Prepare client orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy of selected products and complete and accurate product paperwork/documentation Prepare and complete custom paperwork including Rapid Returns and Fast Tracks following guidelines in preparation for shipping Handling of incoming customer support calls, emails, web requests Fulfill client service-related functions for specific international, key accounts, and OpCo sister company accounts Other sales/client service/logistical and customer satisfaction related activities as required Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: High school diploma or GED 3+ years of Customer Service and/or Sales Support. Knowledge of Microsoft D365 preferred Ability to work as part of a team and in a fast and efficient manner Ability to effectively handle multiple responsibilities and projects simultaneously Compensation: The hourly rate for this position is between $28-30.00 per hour.
