Work Environment\n

This full-time position allows you the flexibility to work remotely, which promotes a healthy work-life balance while ensuring that you can deliver effective mental health services from the comfort of your own home. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and group psychotherapy sessions to patients experiencing mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients' emotional, behavioral, and social functioning, ensuring accurate treatment plans are developed.

• Formulate and implement personalized treatment plans that are culturally competent and evidence-based, adapting to the evolving needs of each patient.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and primary care physicians, to create coordinated care strategies for patients.

• Regularly monitor patient progress, utilizing clinical assessments and feedback to revise treatment approaches as needed.

The compensation for this position ranges from $90,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
