SUMMARY TheCustomerExperienceSpecialistRolewillprovideparticipatingDigitalContentclientswitheaseofpostingandassistancewiththeirSocialMediapresence.Thisroleisresponsibleforaccurateandefficientpostingofcontent,createdbyourinternalteams,foreachcalendarmonth.TheCustomerExperienceSpecialistmustbeorganized,abletomanagelargeworkflows,andexhibitstrongattentiontodetail.Thispositionispivotableforensuringqualityandaccuracyoftimelyposting. KEYOUTCOMES&RESPONSIBILITIES KeyResponsibilities: Collaboratewithcontentteamstoverifypostsschedulingandaccuracy Workwithassignedconsultanttoassistwithclientapprovals Manageandmaintainclientconnectionsforassignedclients ContentPosting&Scheduling Postmonthlycalendarcontentacrossallrequiredsocialmediaplatformsfollowingclientapproval. FollowupwiththeClientExperienceteamwhencalendarsareincompleteorpendingapproval. CoordinatewithassignedConsultantstoconfirmclientapprovals. Ad-Hoc&EditedContent Processandpostcontentedits,workingwithassignedconsultantstoensureproperclientapproval. QualityAssurance Confirmallscheduledpostshavebeensuccessfullyqueued/scheduled. Ensurepostspublishtothecorrectplatformsontheirassigneddates/times. IdentifyrejectedorfailedpostsandeitherrepostorcoordinatewiththeContentteamforcorrectiveedits. CRMManagement MaintainaccessandconnectivityforallassignedclientswithinCRM. Reachouttomanagementorconsultantswhenaccessismissingordisconnected. EnsureabackupContentteammembermaintainsconnectionaccessforeachclienttopreventpostingdelays. OtherResponsibilities: Additionalaccountabilitiesandtasksmaybeassignedbyleader/management,tocontributetooverallteamandagencysuccess.
