Research Administrative Coordinator - Autism Center

Coordinate routine activities for a statewide autism research and service delivery initiative Track participants, implement projects, and provide administrative support Serve as a point of contact for participating families Provide information about study procedures and schedule activities Facilitate communication and support participant engagement throughout the evaluation process Manage research and program data, including data entry, quality assurance, and database maintenance Supervise, train, and support graduate students, research assistants, and other project personnel Support onboarding and implementation during project expansion into public health districts, community provider networks, and additional contract phases Support project evaluation, monitor outcomes, prepare summary reports, and contribute to continuous quality improvement Coordinate meetings, trainings, and communications with internal and external stakeholders Support grant writing and funding applications as needed Conduct literature reviews Assist with presentations, manuscripts, conference submissions, and other dissemination products Collaborate with faculty investigators and project staff to analyze, interpret, and disseminate findings through reports, presentations, and peer‑reviewed publications Perform related responsibilities as required Requirements Bachelor's degree in a science discipline, business management, or related field OR equivalent combination of experience, education, and training Experience coordinating research, clinical, public health, or community-based programs Experience working with families, children, or individuals with neurodevelopmental disabilities Familiarity with REDCap, research databases, data management, and quality assurance procedures Experience training and/or supervising students, trainees, or research assistants Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills Interest in autism research, health services research, implementation science, community partnerships, and dissemination of research findings Must reside in the state of Georgia Must be able to commute to Emory University on a flexible weekly schedule based on business needs Position involves clinical patient contact An approved CAS Exception is required for anyone charged to a federal grant or contract under this job code Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in coordinating research initiatives, managing data, and supporting participant engagement in autism research and service delivery.
