Job Summary

We'relooking for a responsible and skilledcandidateto join ourCustomer Service Order Deskteam.

Job Responsibilities

WHAT YOU WILL GET TO DO

• Answering phones.
• Processing customer orders.
• Providing order confirmations to customers.
• Helping Customers with product information.
• Billing out order for customers.
• UPS Shipping.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Working Conditions

• Safety First: Requires strict adherence to all safety rules within an office environment and industrial plant locations where personal protective equipment (PPE) is required.
• Dynamic Environment: You'llwork in diverse environments, including exposure to varying conditions such as outdoor industrial operations settings.
• Physical Requirements: Requires sitting/standing in front of a computer for extended periods of time.Must be able to pass a physical exam, as may berequired.
