Job Details We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The successful candidate will manage all aspects of litigation, including products liability, construction defect, torts, breach of contract, breach of warranty, personal injury, and workers' compensation. This role requires a strategic thinker with keen attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism and integrity. Responsibilities Manage all phases of litigation from initiation to disposition, including trial, arbitration, mediation, and settlement. Handle complex litigation matters such as products liability, construction defect, torts, breach of contract, breach of warranty, personal injury, and workers' compensation. Develop and implement litigation strategies with team and clients. Draft, review, and negotiate pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, and responses. Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies. Represent clients in court proceedings, providing clear, compelling, and persuasive oral arguments. Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, providing regular updates on case progress and strategy. Comply with all legal standards and regulations, maintaining high standards of ethics and professionalism. Qualifications Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school. Licensed attorney in good standing. Minimum 1–10 years of experience as a Litigation Attorney. Proven experience in products liability, construction defect, torts, breach of contract, breach of warranty, personal injury, and workers' compensation cases. Exceptional litigation skills with a proven courtroom success record. Strong analytical, research, and problem‑solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to effectively advocate for clients. Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple priorities and deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills for building and maintaining positive relationships with clients and colleagues. High integrity and professional responsibility.
