The litigation attorney will be responsible for preparing pleadings and discovery, appearing at hearings, taking and defending depositions, and researching and writing motions. Trial experience and experience with representing public entities a plus. This is a hybrid role, with the primary location being in Costa Mesa, CA, but with flexibility for some remote work.
