What You’ll Do: Manage acaseloadof personal injury claims from assignment to settlment. Work closely with clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters to maximize case value. Oversee case strategy, demand preparation, and negotiate settlements to ensure clients receive fair compensation. Collaborate with litigation teams when cases require escalation. Who You Are: Minimum of 2 years of experience handling plaintiff personal injury cases in a pre-litigation setting. Licensed to practice law in California (multi-jurisdiction licensing and bilingual abilities are a plus). A strong communicator and negotiator who thrives in client-facing interactions.
