Responsibilities: • • Conduct thorough legal research and ensure clients interests are effectively advocated • Manage a diverse caseload, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines. • Prepare pleadings and discovery responses. • Draft oppositions and motions • Take and defend depositions virtually and in person. • Summarize depositions and medical records • Communicate clearly and effectively with clients keeping them informed and engaged. Qualifications: • • Must be a licensed attorney in California and in good standing with the State Bar. • Must be able to appear in court in person and virtually. • Ability to work collaboratively and be a team player. • Demonstrate exceptional and written communication skills. • Skill in drafting oppositions and motions to support litigation strategies. • Experience in taking and defending depositions with confidence and clarity. • Ability to summarize depositions and medical records • Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 • Possess strong organizational, time-management and problem-solving skills Compensation: $99,000 - $199,000 yearly
