Be the person the operations team can hand anything to. Our client is an established, fast-growing independent RIA, and its newly promoted COO is building out the corporate operations team. This is a brand-new seat created to take real work off the leadership team's plate — vendor and subscription management, SharePoint, cross-functional projects — for someone who digs in, owns problems, and gets the details right
