Principal Process Manager - SDLC (Enterprise Platforms Technology) As a Principal Associate Process Manager, you will document, monitor and control critical process points as defined by business policies and standards. You will educate and gain buy‑in from key stakeholders to ensure consistent process execution and lead or engage in critical departmental and cross‑functional initiatives and projects. You must effectively communicate and influence partners across multiple functional areas and levels of the organization. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to adapt to an agile environment are essential. You will demonstrate strong leadership, drive and motivate others, and maintain well‑managed process controls while navigating regulatory requirements. In the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Governance & Oversight team, you will manage and support the SDLC through governance, controls compliance, and requirements oversight, partnering with Cyber, Risk, Engineering, and lines of business to ensure compliance and identify opportunities to mitigate risk via process improvement and automation. What You’ll Do Support the development of processes for privacy and data security, including privacy scoping. Identify opportunities to streamline, automate and enhance data management practices, processes, controls and validations. Develop and maintain formal process documentation, procedures, and process flow diagrams. Work with team members to develop robust risk‑management processes. Analyze data and influence others to proactively identify data risks and trends. Provide consultation and representation of well‑managed processes, customer experience, and risk management for new initiatives. Partner with Product, Technology and Intent Owners to achieve desired outcomes by clarifying needs and proposing solutions. Collect data and information to provide transparency to senior leadership on process health. Identify and implement process improvements. Track and resolve process breakdowns, issues and risk events. Create and validate processes. Design and produce metrics used to measure efficiency and effectiveness. Drive process improvements aligned with desired customer outcomes. Basic Qualifications High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification. At least 3 years of Process Management or Risk Management experience. At least 1 year of experience in Continuous Improvement methodologies. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree. 4+ years of Process Management experience. 2+ years of Project Management experience. 1+ year of experience with the regulatory framework governing the financial services industry. 1+ year of experience with Jira. 1+ year of experience working with Product and Technology teams. Business Process Management, PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification. Salary Information Plano, TX: $98,900 – $112,900 Richmond, VA: $98,900 – $112,900 New York, NY: $118,800 – $135,600 Chicago, IL: $98,900 – $112,900 McLean, VA: $108,900 – $124,300 Located elsewhere may have a different pay range. The annualized salary offered will be communicated in the offer letter.
