We empower women to rebuild their lives with strength, connection, and lasting purpose.Licensed Practical Nurse PositionWe are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide medical case management services to clients with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders.ResponsibilitiesConduct new client intakesParticipate in accurate and detailed management of all client medicationsParticipate in medication administration as neededEnsure effective documentation of all medication administration in assigned timeframeCommunicate with and update client's parent/family, if applicable, on any medical concernsProvide medication administration support to direct care staff and ensure that proper medical documentation and quality control occursProvide medical check-ins with clients and be the primary medical care provider while on baseParticipate in a rotating on call scheduleBe available for medical consultation/expertise for all base/field scenarios when on callSupport campus RN as requiredCollaborate with campus RN to keep client charts up to dateMinimum QualificationsAssociate degree in nursingCurrent North Carolina state licensure as an LPNExperience in Substance Abuse/Mental HealthPreferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in nursingPosition Type/Expected HoursThis is a full-time positionPosition requires onsite employmentWe're officially a Great Place to Work®!
