Job Overview A law firm seeks a Real Estate Development Partner to join its Boston, MA office. This role involves representing developers, investors, and owners in sophisticated real estate transactions and development projects. Duties Represent clients in acquisitions, dispositions, and development projects. Handle joint ventures, leasing, and land use and zoning matters. Manage complex real estate transactions. Advise clients on strategic issues. Contribute to business development and client relationship efforts. Requirements 12-20 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions. Established or portable book of business. Strong academic credentials. Excellent drafting and communication skills. Admitted and in good standing in Massachusetts. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Licensed to practice law in Massachusetts. Skills Proficiency in managing complex real estate matters. Strong client advisory capabilities. Effective business development skills.
