We are seeking an operational-minded Client Service Associate to join our wealth management firm. This role acts as the primary liaison between our high-net-worth clients and lead advisors, managing daily account administration, financial workflow execution, and client communication. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in financial services, public accounting, or holds a CPA or CFP designation. You will be responsible for streamlining operational processes, ensuring tax-efficient client onboarding, and delivering exceptional service to maintain long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities Client Onboarding & Administration: Manage end-to-end client onboarding, process complex account paperwork, establish asset transfers (ACATs), and manage ongoing account maintenance. Operational Workflow Execution: Coordinate money movement requests, wires, distributions, required minimum distributions (RMDs), and cost-basis adjustments. Financial & Tax Coordination: Review tax documents, collaborate with external tax professionals/CPAs, and assist advisors with tax-sensitive account structuring and capital gains tracking. Meeting & Portfolio Preparation: Prepare advisors for client reviews by compiling portfolio reports, performance summaries, and account statement packages. Relationship Management: Deliver rapid, high-touch support for inbound client inquiries, ensuring high accuracy, regulatory compliance, and confidentiality. Qualifications & Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related business field. Experience: 3+ years in wealth management, financial planning, or public accounting. Credentials: CPA license, Series 7/66 licenses, or progress toward a professional designation preferred. Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Redtail), custodian platforms (e.g., Schwab, Fidelity), and Microsoft Office. Soft Skills: High attention to detail, exceptional written/verbal communication, and strong time management skills.
