Our high-end, Michelin-caliber restaurant group is seeking an experienced Dining Room Manager to lead a 50-seat fine dining concept. This is an opportunity for a poised, detail-driven hospitality professional who values service as a craft and thrives in a refined, high-standard environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and train the dining room team to ensure seamless, high-quality guest experiences
• Maintain operational excellence, including opening/closing and shift management
• Coordinate closely with the kitchen and leadership team to uphold service standards
• Manage HR duties including interviews, onboarding, and staff development
• Maintain accurate internal accounting and reservation systems

Requirements:

• 3+ years in hospitality management or equivalent leadership experience in fine dining
• Proven track record in delivering exceptional guest experiences with quiet professionalism
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Calm, detail-oriented, and highly service-focused
