• Performance marketing will be centralized, with budget managed centrally
• Need someone who executes campaigns, not just publishes content
• Should understand strategy: Father’s Day, back-to-school, seasonal campaigns
• Ideal candidate: immigrant background or deep understanding of remittance culture
• Knows what sending money home means emotionally and practically
• Can identify who the target audience watches, follows, and trusts
• Not someone who frames competition as only Félix Pago and Remitly
• Customers are used to in-person sending; that’s the real competition to displace
• Seniority: open to more junior profiles, could still be manager level

Requirements

Experience executing performance marketing campaigns with measurable acquisition goals.

Strong understanding of paid media, digital channels, audience targeting, and campaign optimization.

Ability to move seamlessly between strategic planning and hands-on execution.

Experience working within lean, fast-moving environments where agility and adaptability are critical.

Understanding that the primary competitive challenge is not only other fintech providers, but also entrenched in-person money transfer behaviors.

Familiarity with immigrant communities and remittance patterns is strongly preferred.

Experience in fintech, payments, or financial services is a plus but not required.
