Responsibilities TradingView is seeking a high-impact Growth Specialist to drive partnership driven growth across the US This role sits at the intersection of business development, partnerships, and go-to-market strategy, with a clear mandate to expand TradingView’s presence across brokers, exchanges and fintech platforms You will own the end-to-end partnership lifecycle from sourcing and pitching to onboarding and scaling and play a critical role in driving user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth in one of our most strategic markets This is a highly autonomous role requiring a commercial mindset, technical fluency, and strong execution discipline Manage and convert inbound partnership opportunities across brokers, exchanges and fintech platforms Build and execute a targeted outbound pipeline strategy aligned to country growth priorities Develop and maintain a robust pipeline, including forecasting and tracking performance against quarterly targets Own the full partnership lifecycle, from initial outreach to deal execution and post-launch growth Design and execute go-to-market strategies with existing partners to drive measurable user and revenue growth Approach new and existing partnerships with a consultative, solution-oriented mindset, aligning TradingView’s capabilities with partner needs Create and deliver compelling proposals, pitches, and commercial frameworks Identify opportunities to bundle products, optimize monetization, and increase partner ROI Act as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring high-quality communication Support technical onboarding and integrations, working closely with internal product and engineering teams Review and refine technical responses and proposals to ensure clarity and accuracy Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across partner organizations Own a rigorous “test and learn” methodology, continuously optimizing partnership performance Collect and synthesize customer and partner feedback, translating insights into actionable recommendations Provide structured reporting and insights to leadership on pipeline, performance, and market trends Drive brand awareness and credibility for TradingView within the US trading ecosystem Represent TradingView in client meetings, industry events, and strategic discussions Identify and unlock new partnership verticals and growth opportunities in the region Benefits Flexible Working Hours – Start your day when it suits you best within our wide range of entry hours Hybrid Work Policy – Enjoy the flexibility of combining remote and office work Relocation Package – Comprehensive support for a smooth transition for you and your family, including assistance with visa, transportation, and accommodation for our offices in Cyprus and Tbilisi Private Health Insurance Work alongside experienced professionals and mentors offering ongoing training and growth opportunities Performance Bonus Premium TradingView Subscription Annual Team Events – We love celebrating together! Qualifications Proven track record of building and executing go-to-market strategies that drive measurable growth 3+ years of experience in growth, sales, or business development within fintech, SaaS, trading, or crypto Demonstrated ability to own and manage a full sales cycle and pipeline, including forecasting Strong understanding of the US trading, brokerage ecosystem including key players, market dynamics, and user behavior Familiarity with web technologies (HTML5, JavaScript, APIs, GitHub) and ability to work with technical teams Comfortable working with analytical tools and data driven decision making A partnership builder who understands how to create mutual value Someone who is curious, adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity A professional who thrives in a fast, high-growth, product-led environment Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines A commercial operator who can move from strategy to execution quickly Strong presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills #J-18808-Ljbffr TradingView
