The Second Address is a neighborhood cafe/restauarant in Capitol Hill. We are a friendly and passionate group of professionals committed to good food, good service and maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests. As a new but growing business every team member and every job is important to our success. We work together with respect. We are hiring a new member of our front of house team. Prior experience in food service is desired and we will train you to succeed in our unique environment. Requirements:
Previous experience as a server or barista preferred
Good team player - no task is too small and you are willing to pitch in where needed
Good attitude - you approach work with grace and good humor
Willingness to learn and follow directions.
Respect for your co-workers, our guests, and the neighborhood where we operate
Flexibility - you will be given a weekly schedule but understand that things may change depending on the needs of the business We are currently open for breakfast and lunch 6 days a week and will be expanding to add a few happy hours shift. You must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays.
