We are seeking an IT Support Technician to provide technical assistance to headquarters and branch employees, supporting computer systems, hardware, software, phone systems, and network connectivity. Responsibilities: Provide hardware, software, and end-user technical support. Manage service tickets, software updates, security patches, and equipment inventory. Administer Active Directory, user accounts, permissions, and password resets. Troubleshoot VPN, RDP, email, and network connectivity issues. Support PBX phone systems, extensions, and preventive maintenance. Travel to branches as needed and provide rotating weekend support.
