Business Development Associate

RFI Americas (RFIA) are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Associate to join our US based sales team. In this role, you will play a key part in expanding RFI’s brand presence and growing our customer base. Your primary focus will be engaging both new and existing customers to drive revenue and uncover new business opportunities. This is an excellent opportunity for ambitious professionals with experience in the wireless communications industry, particularly within Public Safety, Utilities, Transportation and Government sectors. Key responsibilities Follow up on leads generated through digital marketing campaigns Develop and grow relationships with current and prospective customers within your assigned territory Plan and deliver sales presentations to targeted customers at their locations Attend trade shows and industry events to build relationships and stay informed on market trends and competitors Provide regular updates on business development activities and pipeline progress Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly revenue targets Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction About you You are a highly motivated business development professional with a consultative, customer-first approach. You excel at understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions while building long-term partnerships. Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field (preferred) Second language (Spanish) is a plus 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong relationship-building and negotiation abilities Proven ability to identify, qualify, and develop customer-focused solutions Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets High attention to detail with a strong customer-first mindset Willingness to travel frequently (50%+ travel required) Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems Experience with Oracle NetSuite is preferred Ability to pass background checks and drug screening Location This role can be based in Cleveland, Ohio or California or can performed remotely within the West Cost of the United States. #J-18808-Ljbffr RFI Technology Solutions
