The Role Itself

• Manages assigned accounts effectively and seeks new referral sources.
• Coordinates admissions with facility departments, attending BD team and sub-committee meetings.
• Develops business plans for assigned accounts, participating in community programs and marketing events.
• Assists in maintaining the marketing budget and informs referral sources of program changes.
• Consistently markets the facility for community awareness and demonstrates fiscal responsibility.
• Tracks and monitors individual performance in CRM.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field;
• Relevant professional experience accepted.
• Must be 21 yrs or older.

License:

• Valid driver's license and a favorable Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) with proof of insurance when using own auto.

Ethan's Story:

The care and compassion in this community is inspired by the life of a sweet boy who lived, loved and was loved by many, but is no longer here to see the sun rise again. Like so many others, Ethan had his share of struggles; family hardship, difficulty finding his place in this world and trouble realizing his life's dreams and aspirations. The confluence of his life circumstances led him to depression and addiction, which ultimately took his life at the tender age of twenty-two. Ethan Crossing Recover seeks to honor his life by providing for others, which he did not have; a family system that understands, supports and is there for the lifelong journey of sustainable recovery.
