Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of professionals across various departments, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth. Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality. Who You Are Sales & Growth-Oriented: Proven track record of driving sales growth and expanding market presence in a manufacturing environment. Operational Leader: Understand the intricacies of plant operations and can balance production demands with strategic business growth. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a manufacturing leadership role, with a focus on sales and operations. Strong understanding of metal fabrication processes and industry trends. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
