Kapco Inc. is looking for Laser Operators on our 1st Shift at our Grafton, WI location.The ideal candidate for this position would be able to do the following:Operate laser equipment to produce parts that exceed customer expectationsSuccessfully complete Kapco crane training and forklift training as necessaryTroubleshoot with maintenance if neededWork with the laser helper to keep work area clean and organizedKeep the laser helper on track and minimizes helper mistakesComplete daily checklists and required paperworkWork on continuous improvement activities and special projectsWork on other duties as assigned.About Kapco Metal StampingKapco is known for investing in its people and creating a culture of engagement and is equally as committed to giving back to the community.
