Pay & Benefits

What You'll Do

• Deliver anesthesia care for a diverse range of inpatient surgical procedures
• Conduct preoperative assessments and educate patients
• Administer anesthesia and monitor patients throughout surgeries
• Collaborate closely with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and perioperative staff
• Respond effectively to patient emergencies
• Document patient care accurately in Epic EMR
• Participate in quality improvement and safety initiatives

What You Need

Required:

• ACLS, BLS, NBCRNA certifications
• Valid license to practice as a CRNA in Michigan
• Minimum 2+ years of anesthesia experience (no new graduates)
• Ability to work day shifts only, with schedule stability

Preferred:

• Experience in a hospital or trauma center setting
• Strong team collaboration skills
• Commitment to patient-centered care
