What You’ll Tackle

• Conduct scheduled maintenance and perform precise repairs on commercial HVAC systems.
• Diagnose and resolve performance issues using strong troubleshooting techniques and knowledge of controls.
• Install HVAC equipment and systems in line with current industry standards and best practices.
• Respond quickly to service requests while providing courteous, solution-focused customer support.
• Record work performed and parts used with accuracy and timeliness.
• Team up with coworkers to drive efficient operations and strong client satisfaction.
• Keep current with evolving HVAC technologies and emerging industry trends.
• Uphold safety protocols and comply with all applicable regulations on every job.

What Sets You Up for Success

• High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC technical certification preferred.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in commercial HVAC service.
• Deep understanding of HVAC systems, controls, and diagnostic methods.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Clear communicator with a strong customer service mindset.
• Comfortable working independently and collaborating within a team.
• Knowledge of local HVAC-related codes and regulations.
• EPA certification is a plus.
