That means generating leads before doors open, building and training a championship-level team, executing Pop-up Camps, and leading a Grand Opening that sets the bar for what a Burn location can be. You will be fully accountable for performance, culture, and business results from Day 1.You operate with the mindset of a Franchise Partner, driving results as if the business were your own — while leveraging the full power and resources of Burn Boot Camp Headquarters. You'll partner closely with HQ support teams including Human Resources, Accounting & Finance, Marketing, Learning & Development, and Operations to build strategy, execute with urgency, and deliver elite results.This role is for leaders who want autonomy + support, high expectations + high reward — building culture, community, and revenue from the very first day.
