Admin Assistant for MN Online High School Administrative Assistant to the Executive Director and HR Director at MNOHS will involve a variety of tasks requiring attention to detail and multitasking skills. The role is primarily virtual, with one day per week required at our St. Paul office. Responsibilities Support the Executive Director and HR Director with administrative duties. Manage scheduling, documentation, and communications. Retrieve and prepare reports; coordinate with office staff. Perform other related tasks as assigned. Work independently in a virtual environment and collaboratively with the team. Qualifications Extremely organized. Proficient in Microsoft Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and other systems. Knowledge of Infinite Campus and school board procedures is a plus. Able to work in a fast‑paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
