- Develop and execute the overall sales strategy, including market expansion, customer development, pricing initiatives, and identification of new opportunities within the metals industry.
- Lead and develop the company’s sales organization, establishing clear goals, accountability, and strategies to drive profitable revenue growth across existing and new accounts.
- Requirements: 7-10+ years of progressive sales experience within metals distribution, service centers, manufacturing, or a closely related industrial market, with demonstrated success leading and developing sales teams.
- Requirements: Proven track record of growing revenue and profitability, building high-performing teams, developing strategic customer relationships, and working effectively with executive leadership on company-wide growth initiatives.
