Lead a high-performing team in a lively environment, leading 6 Sales Representatives to engage with customers and sell vacation packages. Sales representatives enjoy the benefit of uncapped commission, meaning that the more they sell, the higher their earnings-and yours as well! On average, the team can finalize a sale in under 10 minutes, resulting in satisfied vacationers!

• Candidates must be self-motivated and possess a driven spirit, with proven track record to thrive in a fast-paced and goal-oriented work environment, strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications is required.
