Location: Scottsdale, AZ
Pay: $20 – $24 per hour (based on experience)
Job Type: Full-time / Part-time
Èlephante Scottsdale — one of the Valley’s most anticipated and elevated dining destinations — is seeking experienced Line Cooks to join our talented culinary team. We’re looking for passionate, skilled, and detail-oriented professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume, upscale kitchen environment.
About the RoleAs a Line Cook at Èlephante, you’ll play a key role in bringing our bold, coastal-inspired Italian flavors to life. You’ll work hands-on with top-quality ingredients, executing dishes with precision and consistency while maintaining the highest standards of quality, cleanliness, and teamwork.
What You’ll Do- Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with Èlephante’s recipes and presentation standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation at all times
- Ensure all food meets quality, freshness, and portion standards
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
- Communicate clearly and effectively with chefs, teammates, and management
- Support the team during service with professionalism and urgency
- Assist with prep, cleaning, and closing duties as needed
- 2+ years of experience in a high-volume, upscale kitchen
- Strong knife skills and knowledge of cooking techniques
- Experience with Italian cuisine and wood-fired cooking is a plus
- Attention to detail and a commitment to consistency
- Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
- Team-oriented mindset and positive attitude
- Flexible schedule — evenings, weekends, and holidays required
