Location: Scottsdale, AZ
Pay: $20 – $24 per hour (based on experience)
Job Type: Full-time / Part-time

Èlephante Scottsdale — one of the Valley’s most anticipated and elevated dining destinations — is seeking experienced Line Cooks to join our talented culinary team. We’re looking for passionate, skilled, and detail-oriented professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume, upscale kitchen environment.

About the Role

As a Line Cook at Èlephante, you’ll play a key role in bringing our bold, coastal-inspired Italian flavors to life. You’ll work hands-on with top-quality ingredients, executing dishes with precision and consistency while maintaining the highest standards of quality, cleanliness, and teamwork.

What You’ll Do

Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with Èlephante’s recipes and presentation standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation at all times
Ensure all food meets quality, freshness, and portion standards
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
Communicate clearly and effectively with chefs, teammates, and management
Support the team during service with professionalism and urgency
Assist with prep, cleaning, and closing duties as needed

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of experience in a high-volume, upscale kitchen
Strong knife skills and knowledge of cooking techniques
Experience with Italian cuisine and wood-fired cooking is a plus
Attention to detail and a commitment to consistency
Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
Team-oriented mindset and positive attitude
Flexible schedule — evenings, weekends, and holidays required
