Victory Tap Sports Lounge No. 2 is coming to Dallas! Opening Fall 2026 Lombardi Family Concepts is bringing the Victory Tap experience to Dallas, and we're building an all-star team from the ground up. We're looking for detail-oriented, hardworking, and team-focused prep cooks to help build a strong kitchen foundation from day one.

What You'll Do:

• Prepare ingredients according to recipes and kitchen specifications
• Wash, cut, portion, season, and prepare food for service
• Maintain proper food quality, freshness, and portion control
• Label, date, rotate, and properly store prepared ingredients
• Follow prep lists and prioritize tasks based on business needs
• Maintain clean and organized prep areas throughout the shift
• Assist line cooks and kitchen leadership as needed
• Follow all food-safety and sanitation procedures
• Monitor ingredient levels and communicate shortages
• Assist with receiving and storing deliveries when needed
• Complete opening, closing, and cleaning responsibilities
• Work efficiently while maintaining accuracy and consistency

What We're Looking For:

• Previous prep-cook or restaurant kitchen experience preferred
• Current Food Handler certification
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow recipes and written instructions
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, hardworking, and dependable
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
