We are hiring an Executive Search Consultant to help lead and execute senior‑level searches (VP and C‑level) while working directly with CEOs, founders, and investors. This is a consultative role, not high‑volume recruiting. It is suited for someone who values quality, precision, and long‑term impact. What You Will Do Execute executive searches end‑to‑end across clinical, regulatory, engineering, commercial, and operations Partner directly with CEOs, founders, and boards on role definition and talent strategy Conduct rigorous candidate assessment and build high‑quality pipelines Develop market intelligence across the MedTech ecosystem in North America and Europe What We Are Looking For 4 to 10+ years of experience in sales, customer service, executive search, or relevant experience in MedTech, healthcare, or life sciences Strong verbal communication and writing skills Highly organized, punctual, and detail‑oriented High energy, positive attitude, and strong work ethic Team‑oriented with a collaborative mindset Motivated to grow and build a long‑term career in executive search Company Values Service We deliver what our stakeholders expect and provide more.
