What You'll Be Doing

• Conduct routine and advanced clinical laboratory tests across various disciplinesranging from chemistry and hematology to immunology and beyondfollowing established protocols.
• Analyze test results for precision, troubleshoot discrepancies, and perform preventive maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.
• Assist with specimen collection and prepare samples for analysis as required.
• Document all procedures meticulously, train new team members or interns, and support the maintenance of quality standards in the lab.
• Ensure a pristine and safe working environment while adhering to all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree, alongside preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certification Expectations

• Obtain ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of hire.
• Retain active certification throughout employment tenure.
