The good customer care associate handles requests and complaints efficiently and pleasantly. They thrive on ending each call knowing they did their best and helped someone. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT Schedule consist of weekends and one late night a week. Part-time 16 hours a week Provide customer service in-person, electronic and by telephone to both members and guests, including registration, POS (area specific) and other services, as required. Manage communication and troubleshooting, as necessary.
